That’s a wrap for the week!

Off for the next four days 🙌

I can’t wait to do absolutely nothing…
while somehow still having so much other things I need to take care of 😂

But hey—

I made it out alive.

And honestly?
It felt like a nice break.

Having a slower, more manageable weekend like this
was exactly what I needed.

Nothing wild, nothing overwhelming—

just smaller battles
that were fought
and won.

I ended it on the paradise unit
with some really great aides

and we actually got a moment to just… enjoy it a little

Hooked my laptop up to the TV
and we played brain games with the residents and staff

just laughing, engaging,
passing the time in a way that felt… good

And honestly?

I think it went really well.

Now of course…

I check the weather
and it’s calling for rain 🙃

when all I want to do
is lay by the pool and exist for a bit

But we’ll see. Maybe it will hold off.

Either way—

I’m off, I survived, and I’m taking it.
